Return Policy
We accept all return requests for products sold through us following the Consumer Protection Law of the Arab Republic of Egypt
· Return within 14 days from the date of receipt of the item without reason, with some exceptions.
· Return of defective goods within 30 days from the date of receipt.

First: Exchange and return within 14 days from the date of receiving the item without reason
The consumer has the right to return the commodity and recover its cash value, without providing any reasons and without incurring any expenses, within fourteen days of receiving it. As an exception to that, the consumer may not have the right to exchange or return in the following cases:
· If the nature, characteristics, or method of packaging of the commodity prevents its replacement or refund, or if it is impossible to restore it to the condition in which it was at the time of contracting.
· If the consumer goods are perishable, quickly.
· If the commodity is not in the same condition as it was at the time of sale for a reason attributable to the consumer.
· If it is one of the goods manufactured based on special specifications specified by the consumer, and the commodity conforms to these specifications.
Second: Replacement or return of defective goods within 30 days from the date of receipt
The consumer shall have the right, within thirty days of receipt of the commodity, to return it with a refund of its monetary value if it is defective.
In these cases, you can contact us through the means of communication shown in the Contact Us section and clarify the defect.
One of our employees reviews the data provided within 24 working hours and accepts the request or gets back to you if necessary
· The next day, we will send a representative to receive the defective product from the same place of delivery.
· We will transfer the product to the original supplier, who in turn, will inspect the product to confirm the presence of the mentioned defect
· Based on product inspection and the supplier's reply
- In case of acceptance of the product and the presence of the defect, the amount paid to your account will be immediately issued according to the primary payment method
- In the event of rejection of the supplier, one of our employees will communicate with the supplier and find out the reasons for the rejection and refer to you what we have reached with the supplier or provide more information if necessary.
Knowing that Volto Shop compensates the customer for the defective product in the event that the defect is proven, even if the supplier rejects it.
